01 Introduction
Welcome to Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, "Platform") operated by Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd, a direct-to-consumer and business-to-business premium food brand.
By accessing or using our Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
02 Definitions
"Platform" means Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd website (www.anaadfoods.com), mobile application, and any related digital service.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual accessing our Platform, whether registered or guest.
"Product" means any food item, subscription box, or consumable listed on the Platform.
"Order" means a confirmed request by a User to purchase one or more Products.
"Subscription" means a confirmed request by a User to purchase one or more Products for a defined period of time.
"Content" means text, images, descriptions, videos, reviews, and any other material on the Platform.
03 Eligibility
To use the Platform and purchase Products, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age or the legal age of majority in Sonipat jurisdiction.
- Possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under the relevant applicable legal laws of India.
- Not be barred from receiving services under the relevant applicable legal laws of India.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a user does not meet any or all of the above stated requirements.
04 Account Registration
4.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features including order tracking, saved addresses, and subscription management, you must register for an account. You may register via phone number/password, email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
4.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining access to the original registered phone number/password, email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately at complaints@anaadfoods.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
4.3 Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.
05 Products & Ordering
5.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and nutritional information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free, complete, or current. Actual product appearance may slightly vary from images due to photography conditions.
5.2 Placing an Order
An Order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email, SMS or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failures, or errors in pricing.
5.3 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5.4 Subscriptions
For subscription plans, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis as per the selected frequency (quarterly or one-time payment). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
06 Payment
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- COD is subject to availability based on your delivery pin code.
- We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.
- Failed or declined payments will result in order cancellation. We are not liable for any bank charges incurred.
07 Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver across serviceable pin codes in India. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, logistics partner delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the User.

08 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
8.1 Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with verifiable photographic evidence.
8.2 Refund Process
Valid refund claims will be processed within 10–12 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds will be credited to a bank account provided by you.
8.3 Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
- Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds at our discretion.
09 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to brand name, logo, product names, descriptions, photographs, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd and is protected under the relevant applicable legal laws of India only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in strict legal action.
10 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the relevant applicable legal laws of India.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content.
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Platform.
- Resell or commercially exploit Products purchased through the Platform without our consent.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE RELEVANT APPLICABLE LEGAL LAWS OF INDIA, ANHAD NAAD FOODS PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the relevant applicable legal laws of India, Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or Products.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to such claim.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anhad Naad Foods Pvt Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
14 Governing the Relevant Applicable Legal Laws of India & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant applicable legal laws of India only, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If not resolved within 50 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive Sonipat jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
15 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
